Refunds

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on our behalf, only if the returned product is not damaged and returned in the original condition.  

Baelon Hair Collection is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head.
