Am I able to cancel my order?

Once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before submitting their order. Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final.

 

How do I find my head size?

Click under size chat to get your correct measurements with a measuring tape.

 

What if my wig doesn't fit?

Baelon Hair Collection is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. Wig measuring is based on the circumference of your head in inches, measured with measuring tape.

 

Will my wig be the exact color as my inspirational photo or wig color on site?

Consider each wig is individually hand painted and no one wig will be the exact same.

 

When will I get my wig?

Processing time for pre-order wigs is 7-10 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address.

 

Do I have to fill out the Hair Buyer Form?

Yes, with being a small business, we require proof of ID in order to fulfill and ship your order to you.

 

What hair type is being used to make the wigs?

We use 100% Virgin Human Hair. 

 

How long will my hair last?

It last up to 2-3 years depending the proper care.
